Motivačné aspekty rozvoja ľudských zdrojov poradenskej organizácie

Abstract

Main goal of this bachelor thesis is to look through and analyse motivation factors, which have a significant influence in human resources development in company OVB corporation. Based on determined facts and using my own deduction I evaluated current situation of personal assurance of the organization in context of the specific employee structure. I also presented some suggestions for changes, which should improve the motivation system aimed to motivate managers to develop the human potential of their co-workers and themselves. The work consists of five parts. The first part entitled introduction is aimed mainly to define the main goal and essence of this bachelor thesis. The second part looks closer into theoretical possibilities associated with given sphere of problems. The third part describes corporation, chosen by the author, where the research was realised. Fourth part is analytical part, it contains results of questionnaires. In the fifth part entitled management ideas I tried to prove some ideas to improve the problem sphere and submit them to the managers. The conclusion represents summary of gained and analysed findings and it also includes successes and failrues of the work. It is impossible to expect this work to be a complex manual for successful handling and solution of problems with employee motivation in the corporation. But I hope that my findings will offer the management at least a reason to think about this issue and maybe they will consider my suggestions for optimal solutions and their implementation into practice.
