Analýza trhu potenciálních sponzorů futsalového klubu

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat trh potenciálních sponzorů futsalového týmu a zjistit názory, návrhy a podněty firem ke sponzorování, které byly následně využity pro návrh nové komunikace se sponzory. V úvodní části je zmíněná charakteristika a popis klubu KFV Roub Vítkovice. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy jako marketing, reklama, sportovní reklama a její druhy, možnosti sponzorování a pohled na sponzorování z obou zúčastněných stran, smlouva při vzájemné spolupráci a její náležitosti, popsány nabídkové listy a sponzorský balíček a nakonec vysvětlen právní rámec sponzoringu. V praktické části práce je popsána metodika výzkumu, včetně způsobu shromažďování dat, které probíhalo dotazováním pomocí e-mailu. Následuje analýza získaných dat a na základě výsledků výzkumu jsou předloženy návrhy a doporučení, které povedou ke zlepšení současné komunikace klubu se sponzory. Jsou zlepšeny dosavadní formy komunikace a navrženy nové, které by mohly vést ke zlepšení současné situace klubu.

The goal of the bachelors thesis was to analyze the market of potentional futsal’s club sponsors and find out, what opinions and suggestions the companies have about sponsoring. These were subsequently used for the design of new communication with sponsors. In the introduction, there are characteristic and description of the KVF Roub Vítkovice club mentioned. In the theoretical part, there are such concepts as marketing, advertisement, sport advertisement and its types, possibilities of sponsoring and the view of the sponsorship of both participating parties defined; the mutual cooperation contract and its appendages, offering lists and sponsor package described and in the end, there is sponsorship legal framework explained. In practical part, there is research methodics described including the way of data collecting, which has proceeded through e-mail questioning. The analysis of gained data follows and on the research results basis the suggestions and recommendations are submitted, that will lead to improvement of actual club’s communication with sponsors. Existing forms of communication are improved and new forms are designed, that can lead to improvement of actual club situation.
