Posouzení konkurenceschopnosti zemědělského podniku

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to assess and evaluate the competitiveness of an agricultural enterprise using an analysis of the external environment – PEST analysis, an analysis of the internal environment – McKinsey’s 7S model and a financial analysis of the enterprise and its two selected competitors. Selected indicators of the financial analysis of all enterprises are subsequently compared using an influence analysis. The resulting information from these analyses is processed into a SWOT analysis, from which an SO strategy is subsequently recommended due to the resulting positive values of the profitability indicators of the agricultural cooperative, the prevailing strengths of the agricultural cooperative and the prevailing opportunities from the external environment.
