Posouzení konkurenceschopnosti zemědělského podniku

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je posoudit a zhodnotit konkurenceschopnost zemědělského podniku pomocí analýzy vnějšího prostředí – PEST analýzy, analýzy vnitřního prostředí – McKinseyho modelu 7S a finanční analýzy podniku a jeho dvou vybraných konkurentů. Vybrané parametry finanční analýzy všech podniků jsou následně porovnány pomocí analýzy vlivu. Výsledné informace z těchto analýz jsou zpracovány do SWOT analýzy, ze které je následně doporučena SO strategie kvůli výsledným kladným hodnotám ukazatelů rentability zemědělského družstva, dále převažujícím silným stránkám zemědělského družstva a převažujícím příležitostem z vnějšího prostředí.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to assess and evaluate the competitiveness of an agricultural enterprise using an analysis of the external environment – PEST analysis, an analysis of the internal environment – McKinsey’s 7S model and a financial analysis of the enterprise and its two selected competitors. Selected indicators of the financial analysis of all enterprises are subsequently compared using an influence analysis. The resulting information from these analyses is processed into a SWOT analysis, from which an SO strategy is subsequently recommended due to the resulting positive values of the profitability indicators of the agricultural cooperative, the prevailing strengths of the agricultural cooperative and the prevailing opportunities from the external environment.
