Abstract
The theme of my thesis is Human Resource Management. The thesis deals with one of the elements of Human Resource Management – the motivation. Precisely, the focus of the thesis is on the increase of motivation of employees towards their work and loyalty to the company. There are two possibilities to increase the motivation of employees – introduction of benefits or verbal assessment. More often, the motivation of employees is realised by variously focused employee benefits. These benefits are provided by either the standard, fixed method or by the cafeteria system.
The main aim of my thesis is a compilation of the draft of the cafeteria system. In my thesis, I propose the gross structure of the cafeteria system for Visteon Autopal Ltd., the factory located in Novy Jicin. This company designs and manufactures air conditioning and lighting technologies and it is a major and important employer in the area of Novojicinsko.
Currently, the company has been providing benefits in the fixed way. I would like to change that and therefore I propose a draft which includes all the main elements that should not be omitted of any motivation scheme. That encompasses benefits such as meal vouchers to cover the meal expense, contributions to pension or life insurance, the possibility to choose vouchers for sports and cultural activities etcetera.
