Abstract
In this thesis is solved the design of the sheet metal reeling equipment, which allows reeling of a diameter of 600 mm with a variable thickness of ±80 mm with a constant thickness and a width of 17.8 x 0.4 mm. The design of the proposal aims to work with greater precision and higher duty cycle than existing equipment. The first part deals with the analysis of the current state of the equipment. The next part focuses on the design of the device by means of a reeling mechanism. The following chapters are dedicated to the construction of uniaxial feeders of mounting plates and the construction of the frame of the equipment. Part of this is also the strength analysis of the frame.
