Abstract
Bachelor thesis is dealing with the design and construction of an electric winding
mechanism with a rope drum. In the introductory part were described existing variants
of winches and their use in practice. Based on various possible solutions was chosen
the connection of a grooved drum with a flat gear motor with a clamping disc, a drum coupling
and a bearing unit. This was followed by analytical calculations of individual other components
of the structure, the selection of purchased components from the manufacturer's catalog
and the own design of the frame regarding the universality and safety of the entire device.
At the end, the resulting inspection of selected parts of the structure was carried out, including
the strength control of the designed frame using FEM, the creation of a 3D model and drawing
documentation.
