Pásová pila s pneumatickým pohonem

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing about change from existing hydraulic drive unit of band saw to pneumatic drive unit. In the introduction are presented problems and design solutions. Further are in thesis introduced and compared avalaible hydraulic and pneumatic systems. There are also introduced mechanical travers, especially planet transfer, and band saws. After that there are performed design of drive unit on the basic of informations in catalogues of company and calculations. Finally there are performed geometric design of frame, which carries drive unit. Band saw with designed pneumatic drive unit is documented on drawings in enclosures of bachelor thesis.
