Stanovení bezporuchovosti a nákladů na údržbu tahačů návěsů

Abstract

Náplní mé bakalářské práce je stanovení bezporuchovosti a nákladů na údržbu tahačů návěsů. V práci nejprve stručně popisuji firmu, od které mám vstupní data. Dále zde teoreticky popisuji výpočetní metodu pro stanovení bezporuchovosti. V praktické části jsem data rozdělil do konstrukčních skupin a vypočítal pro tyto skupiny doby do poruchy a průměrný počet poruch při uvažovaném provozování vozidla 10 let. V poslední části jsem zjišťoval průměrné náklady na údržbu jednoho tahače. Vypočítal jsem, jaké jsou náklady na preventivní údržbu. U údržby po poruše jsem zpětně zjistil ceny jednotlivých oprav a z nich vypočítal průměrné náklady na údržbu po poruše u jednoho vozidla při jeho provozování 10 let. V závěru práce poukazuji na nejnákladnější skupiny, v kterých by se daly ušetřit náklady na údržbu.

The theme of my bachelor's thesis is to determine the reliability and maintenance costs of semitrailer towing vehicles. In the first part of my thesis I briefly describe the company which provided me the input data. I also describe the calculation method for determining reliability in this part. In the practical part I divided the data into construction groups. I computed the times until failure and the average number of failures for these groups. The intended operation time of the vehicle is 10 years. In the last part I researched the average maintenance costs of one semitrailer towing vehicle. I calculated the costs of preventive maintenance. For breakdown maintenance, I traced back the costs of each repair and calculated the average maintenance costs for a single vehicle while operating for ten-year period. In conclusion, I refer to the most expensive groups in which maintenance costs can be saved.
