Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of the height - adjustable workshop table with vices. The first part focuses on individual elements and components of workshop tables and their positioning mechanisms. Furthermore, the text contains a detailed description of the proposed workshop table, analysis of design solution of the height positioning system and the principle of its function. Simple production and assembly are considered. This is followed by calculations of the mechanism for the height adjustment of the worktop, determine safety factor of the pins and calculate geometric parameters of the bevel gears. The attachment contains the drawing of the assembly of the workshop table and the welded frame.
