Abstract
The bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a cantilever sliding gate, all its fastening elements and their interfaces. Furthermore, it focuses on its optimisation with respect to the size of the passage, sufficient rigidity, the easiest possible production, and its assembly. The introduction summarizes the possibilities of sliding gates and interfaces for fixing gates and fittings. The second part contains the design of the gate basis and fastening elements. The third part deals with the optimisation itself using FEM in the critical state determined by analytical calculation, and the subsequent inspection of tilting carts. In the fourth part, the paper focuses on the selection of the drive with the calculation of the gate movement, and also on the selection of the surface treatment. Finally, the total expenditure on purchased items is calculated, and the assembly plan and drawing documentation, which are included in the enclosure of the bachelor's thesis, are created.
