Zjištění, analýza a vyhodnocení pracovních rizik u vybraného potravinařského stroje

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the identification, analysis and evaluation of the occupational risks of the packing line used for packaging the product marked Anticol and proposing measures that will lead to their elimination or reduction. The aim of the thesis is to assess the occupational risks of the packing line, including the assessment of activities of the operator and the maintenance which they perform during the operation and maintenance of the packing line. In the next step, the methodology for assessing the occupational risks which is used for the Sfinx plant is described. Based on the identified risks, a safety map is developed in which the detected risks are visualized and will serve as a tool for training new and existing employees.
