Abstract
Main subject of the bachelor thesis is a design change of already existing positioning mechanism of barrier machines and removal of its defects. The blocking element of the mechanism will be provided with a branch and is kept rotationally on a spigot. The other components remain same from the previous mechanism or are changed. The forces in positioning mechanism are evaluated separately for a process of closing and for a closed position. For evaluating the impact force from a drum with wet laundry in a process of closing there will be implemented a measurement. Due to a considerably large impact force a silentblock will be inserted and it will partly absorb the force. The spigot is then controlled for impression and bend.
