Strategická analýza v strojárskom podniku

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je provést strategickou a finanční analýzu ve výrobním strojírenském podniku ABC, s. r. o., identifikovat determinující faktory současného stavu podniku ve finančně-ekonomické oblasti a následně přinést vhodná doporučení. První kapitola definuje pojmy spojené s finanční a strategickou analýzou. V druhé části práce je charakterizován podnik ABC s. r. o. a provedena samotná strategická analýza podniku, na jejímž základě se identifikují faktory ovlivňující současné zdraví podniku. Poslední část se věnuje formulaci vlastních návrhů a možnostem řešení zjištěných nedostatků v podniku.

The aim of the Diploma´s thesis is to carry out a strategic and financial analysis in the production engineering company ABC, Ltd., of to identify the determining factors the current state of the company in the financial and economic area and subsequently bring appropriate recommendations. The first chapter defines terms associated with financial and strategic analysis. In the second part of the work, the enterprise ABC, Ltd. is characterized, and the actual strategic analysis of the company, on the basis of which the factors affecting the current health of the company are identified. The last part is dedicated to the formulation of own proposals and options for solving the identified shortcomings in the company.
