Abstract
Theoretical part discuss the factors which have influence on surface features of
metal materials, properties of pigments, paint composition and pigmentation in
nanotechnology of colours.
Practical part is oriented on the evaluation of the surface roughness of two different
qualities of materials (ATMOFIX S355J2W vs. KOSMALT E 300 T) and a calculation of
theoretical cavities dead volume filling on the surface of the materials.
Results of the measurings indicate less roughness for the ATMOFIX S355J2W and
a paint usage economy in case of application of surface coating system.
