Abstract

This bachelor work deals with the design of cooled probes for measuring heat tracts inside granular boiler. In the first part of my work are described types of measuring devices, where I focused on thermometers for contact and contactless measurement. Thermometers used for my measurements must have a the highest possible upper limit of range, due to the high temperature inside combustion chamber. In the next part are compares the variations of constructions of probe. It is a probes of circular section with different types of structures. For my selected probe, is made by thermal calculation of heat transfer. The main goal for this calculation was to determine the magnitude of the velocity of flow of cooling medium, to achieve the best cooling effect. Furthermore, the probe was checked for bending stress and pressure, and I also made the calculation to determine the friction losses. Also in this work are attached technical drawings for my probe, what I have designed and technical drawings for entry of probe in to the combustion chamber.
