Laboratorní plazmová pec

Abstract

This thesis deals with the complete design of the laboratory plasma furnace except for the burner of the plasma furnace, where will be used an already manufactured burner. The main prerequisite is to design a furnace that will meet the requirements for the recasting of titanium, nickel and their alloys. Furthermore, it will not exceed the dimensions of the laboratory and also comply with all safety regulations. The first part of the thesis contains a summary of the research for the individual parts of the furnace used in the plasma furnace design. Another part of the diploma thesis is a construction proposal containing the specification of the assignment, request sheet, functional and organ structure, rough draft and building structure. The next part of the thesis contains the structural design of the individual parts for the plasma furnace as well as their control calculations, a technical report which summarizes the individual construction proposals, description of the individual parts and also the production process of the furnace part. The conclusion of the thesis contains the temperature and strength analysis of selected parts using the finite element method.
