Ověření metody Pen Holder pro bezdpodporový tisk metodou SLM

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the verification of the Pen Holder method for support-free printing using SLM technology. In the introduction, the 3D printing technology is briefly introduced. Then, the principle of selective laser melting (SLM) is explained in detail. The properties of the material used, including its production, are described. The main goal of the experiment was to investigate the advantages and disadvantages of support-free printing using the SLM method. Finally, a technological and economic evaluation is presented. It has been verified that this unsupported method can be applied for a certain type of material and production equipment.
