Optimalizace vybraných oblastí ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

This master thesis deals with the optimization and improvement of some areas and processes in the company. The introduction is devoted to a theoretical introduction to lean manufacturing methods, optimization, and storage options. The analysis of the current state presents information on individual areas that are affected by the optimization and layouts with the layout of workplaces, machines and warehouse positions are shown here. Working day images were taken for some employees. Based on the analyses, bottlenecks were found in the company and proposals were made for optimizing the layout in terms of storage, safety and clarity of the premises and manual and machine workplaces, workplace ergonomics and recording of some data.
