Vibrace kabin zemních strojů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá aplikací bezdemontážní diagnostiky, konkrétně vibrodiagnostiky a hlukové diagnostiky, na zemních strojích typu 323 D vyráběné firmou Caterpillar. V úvodní teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy z této oblasti a také z oblasti konstrukce kabin. V praktické části bylo provedeno měření efektivních hodnot vibrací, frekvenčních spekter a rozběhů ve vybraných bodech zemního stroje. Dále byla popsána použitá přístrojová technika, metodika a samotné vyhodnocení měření. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjištění chování a porovnání těchto strojů, konkrétně rámu, protizávaží a kabiny a také stanovení hlučnosti v kabině samotné právě na základě předem zmíněných metod bezdemontážní diagnostiky.

This bachelor work deals with applications of non-dismantling diagnostics, specifically vibration diagnostics and acoustic diagnostics for earthmoving machinery 323 D manufactured by Caterpillar. In introductive theoretical part of work there are described the main terms of this area and the constructions of cabins as well. In practical part was performed measurement of vibration effective values, frequency spectrums and start-ups at certain spots of earthmoving machinery. Then the instrumentation, methodics and measurement evaluation are described. The goal of this bachelor work is finding out machinery’s behaviour and machinery comparing, specifically frame, counterweight, and cabin comparing and finding out noise level in cabin based on described non-dismantling diagnostic methods.
