Chyby lidského činitele v údržbě letounů

Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou ľudského činiteľa v údržbe lietadiel konkrétne veľkých letúnov. Je rozdelená na tri hlavné časti prvá časť sa venuje rôznym modelom, podľa ktorých sa ľudský činiteľ riadi a taktiež nás oboznamuje s postupmi pri riešení leteckých nehôd všeobecne a konkrétne pri riešení nehôd spôsobených nesprávnou údržbou. V druhej časti sa venuje hlavným faktorom, ktoré môžu viesť k leteckým nehodám aj s príkladmi nehôd. Ďalej uvádza pri každom faktore možnosti jeho eliminovania alebo aspoň možnosti zníženia ich výskytu. V tretej časti sú štatistiky a analýzy nehodovosti v letectve a nehôd, ktoré spôsobila nesprávna údržba a ďalšie pridružené údaje, ktoré úzko súvisia s údržbou.

This Bachelor thesis deals with the issues of human factors in the maintenance of airplanes, specifically big airplanes. The work is divided into three main sections, the first section deals with different models, according to which the human factor is governed and it also acquaints us with the approaches dealing with the air crash generally and specifically dealing with air crashes caused by incorrect maintenance. The second part of this work deals with main factors which can lead to air crash also with the specific examples of accidents. It also states for each factor the possibilities of its elimination or at least the possibilities of reducing its occurrence. The third part includes statistics and analyzes of aviation accidents and incidents caused by improper maintenance and other associated data that are closely related to maintenance.
