Abstract

This presented thesis deals with the jig design for brake pistons disassembly. The works consists of two parts: theoretical and construction. Theoretical part is focused on brake mechanism. The area of the technological process of production brake pistons is the described more precisely. The construction part deals with actual jig design, which described of the parts the whole system and connected with an explanation of their function. In this part are included of calculating relations needed to build jig. Finally, I presented technical and economic evaluation of the production budget.
