Abstract
The thesis is dealing with assessment effectiveness of the process ECAP. The new SPD trends were described in the introduction research with respect to evolution of microstructure and mechanical properties forming materials. In experimental part, I described influence of new tool geometry on deformation resistance and mechanical properties. Objective assessment of new tool geometry is goal of measurement. Mathematical simulation is provided in part of this thesis. Due to the effective strain simulation describing the process ECAP after passes could be compared itself with the experimental data. The thesis conclusion is increase effectiveness of the process ECAP due to new tool geometry.
