Integrace frameworku See-think-do-care do nastavení procesů inteligentního frančízového podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou systémových procesů gastronomického provozu a jejich aplikací pro inteligentní podnik. První část práce má teoretický charakter a představuje úvod do problematiky inteligentního podniku a souvisejícího marketingového konceptu See-T think-do-care. Další část práce je prakticky zaměřena a jsou v ní vyhodnoceny podnikové procesy jak v grafické, tak číselné formě. V poslední části práce jsou diskutovány výsledky analýzy a navržena strategická doporučení pro další rozvoj.

This Master thesis focuses on system processes analysis of a gastronomic company and the application in the context of an intelligent enterprise. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and introduces the topic of intelligent enterprise and related marketing concept See-think-do-care. The next part of the thesis is rather practical and evaluates system operations in both graphical and numerical form. The last part of the work is dedicated to the result discussion and strategic recommendations are introduced.
