Abstract
This work deals with the comparison of Runge-Kutta methods with Galerkin and collocation method for numerical solution of ordinary differential equations and their systems. We will provide basic theoretical ideas and principles on which these methods rely. Next, we present their algorithmization for practical implementation. Finally, we test the effectiveness of individual methods on real linear and nonlinear examples.
