Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the design of a structural modification of the MSR 500 cylindrical test rig from MAHA. In the first part of the thesis, the types of power testers, principle, advantages and disadvantages are described. Furthermore, examples of specific types of cylinder test benches and their parameters are given. This is followed by an analysis of the possible types of couplings that can be used according to the type of coupling and function, then selecting the best solution for the cylinder test bench coupling. The next section focuses on the coupling design itself, where the design of the pin and the design of the coupling itself in Inventor is performed. The last part is the design of the possible location of the speed sensor. It was possible to design a solution that has a simple construction and at the same time allows for quick connection and disconnection.
