dc.description.abstractÚčelem příspěvku je přiblížit nástroje, které by mohly být použity pro monitoring vytížení pracoviště Operačního a informačního střediska (OPIS) HZS ČR a zároveň představit výsledky jejich aplikace na konkrétním pracovišti OPIS HZS kraje. Tyto nástroje představují manažerský nástroj v praxi použitelný pro řízení provozu OPIS, plánování odborné a fyzické přípravy na pracovišti, posílení pracoviště v exponovaných časech apod. Jedním z těchto manažerských nástrojů je i Teorie front a příspěvek přibližuje výsledky její aplikace na pracovišti OPIS HZS MSK. Dále je v článku představena nová, alternativní, metodika stanovení vytíženosti OPIS, která by měla zjednodušit a ulehčit postup při stanovení vytíženosti pracoviště.cs
dc.description.abstract-enThe purpose of this paper is to present tools that could be used for monitoring workload workplace Operational and Information Centre (OIC) of the Fire and Rescue Service (FRS) of the Czech republic and to present the results of their application to real OPIS of the regional FRS. These tools represent a management tools in practice applicable to manage OPIS processes, planning, education and physical training, strengthening workplace in exposed times etc. One of these management tools is the Queuing theory and the paper brings results of its application in the OPIS of the regional FRS. This paper also introduces a new, alternative, methodology for determining of the workload of the OPIS, which should simplify and facilitate the procedure of workload determining.cs
