Analýza pracovní motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců maloobchodní jednotky

Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis focused on the Employee Motivation and Satisfaction Analysis in Retail Units Lidl v. o. s.. The representative sample is composed of 40 employees working for the units in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. The questionnaire finds out satisfactions and opinion of employees in selected categories: employment relationship, work intensity (physical and mental), remuneration, benefits, work relationship and job stability. The questionnaire shows that among the main problems are: minimal possibility of career growth, physical and mental demands of work and dismissal considerations.The bachelor´s thesis contains proposals and recommendation for removal and eliminations of identified deficiencies in the selected retail unit.
