Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis is Analysis of the system of remuneration and motivation of employees in a selected non-governmental non-profit organization. The aim of the work is to assess the current state of the system of motivation, remuneration and employee benefits from the workers' point of view. The first part of the work is focused on the theoretical and methodological starting points related to the topic. The second part presents the characteristics and structure of the organization, the current remuneration system and the results of questionnaire research, interviews and observations aimed at finding out the attitudes of workers regarding the remuneration and motivation system. In the final part, recommendations are proposed to improve the current situation and increase employee satisfaction.
