Analýza systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané nestátní neziskové organizaci

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je Analýza systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané nestátní neziskové organizaci. Cílem práce posoudit současný stav systému motivace, odměňování a zaměstnaneckých výhod z pohledu pracovníků. První část práce je zaměřena na teoreticko-metodická východiska související s tématem. V druhé části je uvedena charakteristika a struktura organizace, současný systém odměňování a výsledky dotazníkového výzkumu, rozhovoru a pozorování zaměřených na zjištění postojů pracovníků ohledně systému odměňování a motivace. V závěrečné části jsou navržena doporučení ke zlepšení současného stavu a zvýšení spokojenosti pracovníků.

The subject of the diploma thesis is Analysis of the system of remuneration and motivation of employees in a selected non-governmental non-profit organization. The aim of the work is to assess the current state of the system of motivation, remuneration and employee benefits from the workers' point of view. The first part of the work is focused on the theoretical and methodological starting points related to the topic. The second part presents the characteristics and structure of the organization, the current remuneration system and the results of questionnaire research, interviews and observations aimed at finding out the attitudes of workers regarding the remuneration and motivation system. In the final part, recommendations are proposed to improve the current situation and increase employee satisfaction.
