Úprava technologického postupu svařování rotoru podávače

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá úpravou technologického postupu svařování rotoru podavače. Podavač slouží k transportu sypkých látek na místa určení. V úvodu práce je provedena charakteristika svařované konstrukce obsahující konstrukční, funkční a materiálové vlastnosti, včetně rozboru technologie svařování. Byl navrhnut nápravný technologický postup, který byl následně zkoumán na možné zdroje vzniku vad ve svárové spoji. V závěru práce je provedeno vyhodnocení a diskuze dosažených výsledků úpravy technologické postupu svařování rotoru podavače.

The thesis deals with the modification of the technological welding process on the feeder rotor. The feeder is used to transport loose materials to the destination. At the beginning of the thesis a characteristic of the welded structure was made, including structural, functional and material properties including analysis of welding technology. A corrective technological process was proposed, which was subsequently examined for possible sources of weld joint defect. The evaluation and results discussion of the technological procedure adjustment was performed at the end of the thesis.
