Rekreační středisko, Nízké Tatry – Tále

Abstract

The main subject of this bachelor thesis is processing a study of revitalization of a recreation centre of Hotel Partizán, Low Tatras - Tále. The proposal will solve the problematic of the hinterland of the area for the recreation with the transportation and technic infrastructure. The architectonic- urbanistic proposal is developed in two detailed proposals which count on construction of 28 houses and their maintance. My main task has been to combine the requirements of the investor, the applicable legislative and the requirements of the territorial planning documentation. One part of this work is also a brief economic proposal in the form of the cost calculation.
