| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování studie revitalizace rekreačního střediska Hotelu Partizán, Nízké Tatry - Tále. Návrh bude řešit problematiku vybavenosti areálu pro rekreační využití s řešením dopravní a technické infrastruktury. Architektonicky-urbanistický návrh je vypracován ve dvou detailně zpracovaných návrzích, které počítají s výstavbou 28 domů a souvisejícího vybavení areálu. Mým hlavním úkolem bylo skloubit požadavky investora, platné legislativy a požadavků územně plánovací dokumentace. Součástí předkládané práce je i stručné ekonomické zhodnocení návrhu formou propočtu nákladů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The main subject of this bachelor thesis is processing a study of revitalization of a recreation centre of Hotel Partizán, Low Tatras - Tále. The proposal will solve the problematic of the hinterland of the area for the recreation with the transportation and technic infrastructure. The architectonic- urbanistic proposal is developed in two detailed proposals which count on construction of 28 houses and their maintance. My main task has been to combine the requirements of the investor, the applicable legislative and the requirements of the territorial planning documentation. One part of this work is also a brief economic proposal in the form of the cost calculation. | en |
