Vícekriteriální analýza automatických kotlů na tuhá paliva v rámci Moravskoslezského kraje

Abstract

This thesis deals with the comparison and selection of automatic solid fuel boilers that meet the conditions of the Moravian-Silesian Region grant programme to replace boilers. To compare the boilers, the methods of multi-criteria decision making are used. The results of a questionnaire which was sent to boiler distributors in the region, are used as input data. To further process the criteria and to select the optimal option, the Fuller method, the method of the smallest logarithmics squares and the Saaty method, which is implemented in the program Expert Choice, are used. The results of this thesis are used by BENEKOVtherm s. r. o. as a basis for improving boilers to customer satisfaction and to determine what boiler in the grant program is the best.
