Abstract

The thesis is engaged in the monitoring of vibration of the rubber industry production line under supervision of the KOMA-Service Ltd. Ostrava firm. In the introduction these machineries are individually described and the methods and concept of measurement are further explained. Regular vibration measurements are being evaluated and out of this data it is possible to detect what problems may occur with the machines. Problems and impending defects are located as well as a recommendation or precaution which might provide against a machine failure. Due to this experience and facts gathered it is possible to prevent problems in production. Based on the repairs made and later monitoring the developent of vibratons it is possible to modernize or improve the production.
