Abstract

The presented thesis is focused on the Force ratios in hard turning. Thesis discusses the longitudial turning of hardened steel by the replaceable cutting plates which are made of cubic nitrid boron and by ceramic forced by whiskers. During this experiments no procedural nor another liquid have been used. The thesis deals with analysis of the contemporary hard machinning´s issues. Introductory chapter is focused on the measurement of the cutting force´s sectors where the direct and the indirect measuring of this forces is described including the classification and the description of the measuring equipment. Further chapter solves the plastic deformation and the chip´s formation in the cutting zone. The following chapters discuss the types of tool´s tearing, the tearing´s parameters and the methods of the tearing´s measuring. The main part of thesis describes all sections of the experiment, the used equipment and the methods for the measuring of the particular parameter, the cutting machine, tools and the cutting parameters for machining. The cardinal part of experiment - machining and measuring of the cutting force´s sectors, structural equation for the cutting material, cutting sector´s three-axis graphs of the individual replaceable cutting plates. The experiment was performed at Žilina University. The analysis and the evaluation of the measured results continue in next part. The conclusion concerns the summary of obtained results. The conclusions and the contribution for the sience and the research in the practice are mentioned in this part. In the closing chapter the recommendations for further research of done problematics, suggestion of another experiments, the measurement for better emphasizing and confirmation of achieved results and the discovering of the new dependences among the described parameters are presented.
