Optimalizace konstrukčního návrhu zásobníku na biomasu s aktivním dnem

Abstract

The thesis deals with a comprehensive analysis of the existing biomass storage tank design with a focus on the identification and optimization of design flaws. In the initial part of the thesis, the original technology of coal storage in iron-concrete bunkers is elaborated. Then, the existing steel biomass bunkers with a tipping system and the definition of critical design nodes are described. Based on the knowledge gained from the research on the subject and expert consultations with the company, individual modifications of the critical structural nodes were proposed. For each newly designed structural node several variants are elaborated, described and evaluated in detail. Based on the evaluation, one applicable solution is selected from the resulting variants. These solutions are then unified into one large unit as a new, optimized stack solution for future implementations. The new stack design is complemented by calculations using FEM analysis. Some calculations and procedures related to the design are presented in the individual appendices of this thesis. The thesis also includes drawings of the proposed nodes of the new design solution of the stack.
