Racionalizace systému řízení ve firmě ARC IMPEX, s.r.o.

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu podniku v oblasti kovového odpadu, svařovacího a hutního materiálu. Následně se zhodnotí tento stav a provedou následné navržení racionalizování daných problémů. Bude se jednat zejména o doporučení zavedení strojů a nahrazení lidské práce. Dále se budu v této práci zabývat novým uskladněním svařovacího materiálu v nově plánované hale a taky problémy které, souvisejí s vykládáním tohoto svařovacího materiálu. Projekt je zaměřen na podnik ARC impex s.r.o.

This Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the current status of a company engaged in the sector of waste metal, welding and metallurgical material. In consequence, this status will be assessed and the following suggestion of rationalization of the existing problems will be made. This consists especially from recommendation of introducing of new machines and substitution of human labour. Furthermore, I will treat in this thesis the new storage of welding material in the newly projected hall and also the problems which are connected with unloading of this welding material. The project is orientated on ARC Impex s.r.o. company.
