Abstract

This diploma work deals with a design emergency power unit of pusher device of the coke oven. To drive the pusher bar of coke oven was use electric motor (200kW) whose moment of force is transmitted by the gear box. Transmission of the moment of force from drive to pusher bar is realized by cog-ring, that is, by bevel pinion and gear peak fixed by pusher bar. Serration is spur gear with direct teeth. At fault principal motor or in other case, when the principal motor cannot be used, was designed backup hydraulic motor, whose performance is too 200kW to drive of the pusher bar.
