Analýza získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the Analysis of Recruitment and Selection of Employees in the Selected Organization. The thesis is divided into two parts, where the first part clarifies the theoretical background, which are then applied in the practical part. The methods used for the analysis were questionnaire investigation, interview, deduction, analysis and synthesis. The used methods were then used to analyse the acquisition and selection of employees in the organization. Based on the information found and after conducting a research investigation, proposals and recommendations were made to improve the process of selecting and attracting employees.
