Analýza měření geometrický tvarů vyrobených různými technologiemi obrábění

Abstract

The objective of a thesis topic centered on examining measurements of geometric shapes created by different machining technologies is to explore the complexities of manufacturing procedures and quality assurance. Through the investigation of this subject, it strives to comprehend the influence of various machining technologies on the geometric characteristics of produced parts and scrutinize the precision and accuracy of measurements conducted on geometric shapes generated by diverse measurement techniques like Handy scan, Coordinate-Measuring Machine (CMM)- non-contact measurement system. This research also aims to evaluate the effects of machining parameters on the dimensional precision and surface texture of geometric shapes and devise strategies for assessing and enhancing quality in manufacturing processes. Furthermore, it seeks to expand knowledge in metrology, precision engineering, and manufacturing quality control while contributing to the progress of machining technology and quality assurance protocols.
