Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis is the validation of current production of tree bark removal blades. If necessary, new technological process will be designed. This product is part of device called BROACHING BRANCHES REMOVAL MASCHINE. This device is useful during timber harvesting for cleaning the trees trunks before truck loading. The bachelor thesis contains current technological process with current production times. This thesis is aimed to develop and optimize the technological process for better productivity and efficiency of production. Both production approaches will be compared in the conclusion in terms of economic and technological aspects.
