Abstract
This bachelor's thesis focuses on energy-efficient hydraulic systems and the CytroPac mini power unit from Bosch Rexroth. The introduction presents hydrogenerators for energy-efficient systems, followed by a detailed description of the CytroPac mini power unit and its commissioning. The thesis also presents the software tool IndraWorks for controlling the CytroPac unit and hydraulic circuits are processed into diagrams on which measurements were performed. Based on the measured values obtained by the CytroPac unit during simulation of various working conditions, the most energy-efficient operating conditions were identified and described. The final part of the thesis provides basic calculations of the hydraulic circuit and overall, this thesis provides a comprehen-sive overview of energy-efficient hydraulic systems and describes the practical application of the CytroPac mini power unit to achieve maximum energy savings.
