Návrh měřicí stolice pro výstupní kontrolu kvality diferenciálů

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout měřící stolici pro výstupní kontrolu diferenciálů. Na začátku práce jsou uvedeny typy testovacích zařízení, včetně jejích výhod a nevýhod. Dále jsou v úvodu vypsány základní druhy dynamometrů. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé prvky konstrukce měřící stolice, včetně umístění měřících senzorů a odhlučnění celé konstrukce. V závěru se práce zabývá výpočtem navržené převodovky, spojek a šroubů v nohách stolu.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to design the measuring stand for final inspection of differentials quality. At the beginning of the thesis there are mentioned various kinds of the testing devices, including its advantages and disadvantages. Also, there are listed the basic types of the dynamometers. In the theoretical part, there are described particular construction elements of the measuring stand including the location of the measurement sensors and sound insulation of the whole construction. In the conclusion of the thesis, there are calculations of the designed transmission, couplings and screws in the table legs.
