Abstract

This Bachelor thesis deals with design of air condition, heating power and desing of air distribution in a rail car for local transport. The introduction part describes history and possible ways of rail car heating. The next part deals with legislative principles of rail car heating and describes rail car and its composition. Then, there are calculations of areas that are necessary for further calculation of thermal power loss during a rail car movement and a calm state. In the last part of this thesis, there is a desing of air condition power and a desing of heating equipment power including a desing of the best way of heating and air distribution.
