Abstract

The topic of the Bachelor thesis is human resources management in DURA Automotive Systems CZ, s. r. o. The company occupies with producion of manual shift systems, devices and cables for automatic shift systems. The Bachelor thesis is divided into six parts. After the introduction there is the theoretical part, which was used as a base for elaborating of the practical part. In the following part, which contains a characterisation of the company, the development, the orientation and the activity of DURA are described in detail. The fourt (practical) part consists of an alysis of the current state of particular personal activities. The chapter called “Suggestions and recommendations” is focused on improvement in the field of training. The last part includes the evaluation of the whole thesis.
