Vliv parametrů broušení na projev vibrací vřeteníku brusky

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem parametrů broušení na projevu vibrací vřeteníku brusky. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na detailnější popis brusky BBS – 07, o které je psána tato práce. Brusku sochorů rozeberu po všech stránkách, od základních strojních dat, použití, přes bezpečnostní pokyny až k mazání a k mazacím systémům brusky. V teoretické části se zabývám samotným měřením a analýzou naměřených dat a součástí brusky. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit proč dochází k poruchám ložisek a jak jím předejít a tím zvýšit jejích životnost.

The thesis deals with the influence of the grinding parameters on the vibration of the grinder’s spindle. In the theoretical part I focus on a detailed description of the grinder BBS-07, about which this thesis is written. I will analyze the grinder of crowbars from top to bottom, from basic engineering data and usage through safety guidelines to greasing and the greasing systems of the grinder. In the practical part I deal with the actual measurement and analysis of the measured data and the grinder’s parts. The aim of this thesis was to determine why there are failures of the bearings and how to prevent them and thus increase their lifetime.
