Abstract

This thesis builds on my bachelor thesis dealing with the possibilities of pressure energy of compressed natural gas distributed by RWE Transgas for power generation. The thesis deals with the increasing power of the expansion turbine inlet gas preheating temperature of 600 °C. To preheat the gas heat I will use expanded gas recuperative exchanger. Output temperature expanded gas from the turbine is 473 °C. Reheat gas to make a desired temperature in the boiler to natural gas. Boiler for heating gas will also serve as a source of heat. This preheating, while maintaining the gas flow parameters, we get three times more power expansion turbine. At the end I made a total appreciation pressure reduction of natural gas through an expansion turbine with preheating to 600°C
