Návrh optimalizace skladového hospodářství

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of the premises of the company BURNING TECHNOLOGY a.s. The aim of the thesis is to bring the optimal solution for the arrangement of stored stocks and final products. The introduction describes the basic knowledge about warehouse management, inventory and ABC analysis. In the following chapters, the current state of stocks, their management and location in premises is described and subsequently analyzed. At the end of the work, based on standardized regulations, the optimal solution of the organization within the existing premises is logically proposed. The solution will bring the company an efficient and clear plan for the arrangement of individual items in the warehouse with the expansion of production place.
