Optimalizace výrobního procesu snížením manipulační náročnosti

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with optimization of process, which is handling the material using forklift company in the automotive industry. The aim is to reduce the amount of unproductive trips generated due to the chaotic movement of forklifts in operation. As The solution to this problem, I have proposed a work system, which the forklift crew will follow in order to reduce non-productiove trips. Another solution is to observe whole issue in terms of changes in the number of working forklifts and in the resulting financial savings. Suggested system of work and changing the number of working forklifts were made using the simulation program.
